What I actually do is simpler than magic. I create space for honest conversations, stay fully present and trust that the clarity is already in you. And from that space, a question shows up. One that takes you somewhere you could not have reached alone.
That is the work. Simple, and completely transformative.
My Journey
A path shaped by questions, not answers
I didn't become a coach because I had everything figured out. I became one because I couldn't stop asking questions about leadership, purpose, and what it really means to live authentically.
For a long time, I believed that something outside of me would provide the answers. A better job. A degree. A different role. None of them filled the space I was trying to fill. The real shift happened when I stopped looking outward and turned inward.
It wasn't comfortable. It meant leaving the corporate world, sitting with burnout instead of pushing through it, and letting go of an identity I had spent decades building. That process didn't just change my life. It became my life's work.
Today, I hold space for leaders in the middle of their own version of that shift. I don't have a formula. What I have is presence, deep listening, and the belief that every leader already holds the clarity they are looking for.
